The staff members were very courteous to my family and went out of their way to meet our needs. The rooms were large and had a nice comfy mattress, everything we needed for our stay.

I didn’t like the fact I wasn’t told about the incident hold of $100 . I had to spend 30 minutes with my bank trying to figure out what was wrong. If they had informed me correctly then I would’ve known and wouldn’t have went through all the trouble. Also, the overnight clerk was very rude with me. She had no customer service and was rude with me about an incident that happened during my stay. Very unprofessional however, the hotel itself was very nice,clean and quiet. It had a convenient lounge downstairs with a heated indoor pool. Overall I enjoyed my stay despite the unpleasant receptionist and misunderstanding.

The property is located in behind several other hotels off of the main road. It was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Everything was great the staff was pleasant when I checked in, but the morning clerk at the desk was not so friendly. But all in all, it was a good stay. I lost an earring if found please contact me.

It was nice and clean. We just needed a bed and a shower for the night while we celebrated a night out for NYE. My one complaint was the breakfast and my in room fridge. There was not any bacon or sausage for us, and our fridge was not working. The bad of pizza rolls we brought went bad while we were gone. Nothing major, but just a nuisance since we needed food to soak up any hangover we may have had lol (we did not have any). We will definitely stay again if we need to sleep in Lawton again. We're from Elgin, which is down the highway.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We planned to stay 2 nights but due to a family situation we needed to check out after one night. Management OKed the cancelation of the 2nd night and would credit us later. Thank you so much in assisting with a difficult family situation. SADLY IM STILL WAITING FOR SLEEP INN TO APPROVE MY REFUND. REALLY? WHY?

Staff nice. Plumbers could do some work. Gym's not a "gym". It's a treadmill center. Breakfast is decent. Bed's comfy. Roomy room. I'd stay there again.

Clean, smaller hotel. Staff was professional and polite. Our king bed room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was okay. It is a regular complimentary breakfast, but they do have two waffle irons, that’s nice. I would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

RUDE FRONT DESK
I coach soccer and our team booked here because of the "heated indoor pool." The lady who worked Friday and Saturday night was incredibly rude. Everything inconvenienced her. I teach customer service and offer a lot of grace as I know what people deal with, but she had ZERO basic manners. We asked the pool hours, she seemed bothered that we would be swimming. We went to pool and the lights were off, she came and turned them on begrudgingly. When told thank you, she walked away. The pool was FREEZING! Our team swam for 30 minutes because that is all they could stand. Next day we got back from our games and our room wasn't cleaned which is ok, but we did need clean towels. I went to the front desk and asked if housekeeping would be coming by. She told me they left for the day (it was 2:45pm). I asked if I could get clean towels. Obviously bothered, she told me that I couldn't put the "do not disturb" sign up if I wanted towels. I told her that I didn't have a sign up. She then made me go get my dirty towels and at the front desk counted them to go replace them. I again said thank you, she said nothing. My 12-year-old left our ONE hotel card in the room (I asked for 2 at check-in). I APOLOGIZED that we locked ourselves out. She audibly sighed, made a new card and handed it to me WITHOUT A WORD. Because of this one employee, I will never bring our team back. One employee ruined anything good this hotel had to offer. Stay next door, they are probably nicer.

Tv was not working properly, staff member was sorta rude about . Bed was not comfortable at all , and Sunday morning about nine the house keeping just opened my door !!!! Check out was at noon and it was rude !!! My boyfriend and I were being intimate. Lucky we had put the latch over the door so it couldn’t be opened . I usually love staying at Sleep Inn , but will not be staying at this one again
