"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed did not have a very good mattress, so consider that when planning for extra people. Also, trying to get in the door was an experience. It took several attempts to figure out how that worked as well as how to lock it. There should be better instructions, and a reminder to hold the door tightly closed when locking or it won't engage. Booking through Expedia was ok, but was a bit misleading, as we thought we were getting a river view, however,...

"The only positive was that it was cheap and convenient for our trip. The property was quite old and run down. The pool was out of order. Room was musty and smelled a bit of mildew. It was quite muggy out during our stay, and the air conditioner did well cooling the room, but did nothing for the humidity. The sheets actually felt wet. Room was spacious, but needed updating. Bathroom was small. Grab and go breakfast was sufficient, but definitely paled in comparison to other hotel breakfasts we...

Even worse, I encountered roaches in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The breakfast was extremely weak and poorly stocked, with limited options. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and basic maintenance. I would not recommend staying here...

The staff are helpful when you pointed things out such as the water bottle left in the room was open and used, the shower soap dispenser was empty etc. The staff were quick to fix the issues. All in all, it is what you would expect from the property. It may be the region but the value/$ is low. The room cost around $250/night"
