This hotel is beautiful! From the modern decor to the heated indoor pool to the sparkling clean dining room to the delicious breakfast Billy made for us! I absolutely adored this hotel❤️

Good place to stay. Elevator doesn’t open on third floor unless you push the button right when you get there. Otherwise it doesn’t open. That needs to be fixed.

The staff member who checked me in was very friendly. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings and Billy was wonderful taking care of everything we needed.

Staff extremely friendly they serve breakfast Billie’s gravy was very good. Phyllis at the desk was very very nice. The manager even came over and talked with us while we were having breakfast. The dining area was full so they opened the conference room so we didn’t have to wait to eat.

the place is complete unsafe 4 different times during the night somebody came into our rooms using a key? how, I have no idea but they were able to come into the room until I would asked "who is it" and then they would leave with "I am sorry" . My question is how is it that they give the same key to 2 other different rooms? you better fix this very dangerous situations in your hotels. I told the clerk at the front desk before we checked out.

I will be happy to look into this. Our front desk staff does not give keys to other guests for rooms that are not theirs. It wouldn't be possible for someone else to come into your room. Our system notifies us if that room is occupied.

Last minute stay at this location. Was perfect for us motorcycle riding on The Natchez Trace! Very friendly staff, perfect breakfast, clean and quiet! Highly recommend!

My wife and I visited Lawrenceburg to see a close friend grieving the loss of someone close to him. We had booked the hotel online before our arrival. Check in was quick. The room was spotless. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting the breakfast area in the morning. Billy who handles the morning breakfast area is a pleasure to see and interact with. He will get you whatever yiu ask for plus the breakfast area has muffins available as well as Orange and Apple Juice. While staying at the hotel my wife made use of the free hit chocolate in the hotel, and we also made use of the laundry area upstairs on the second floor. We’ve visited other hotels/motels in Lawrenceburg but the one we like most is Best Western Plus. The parking area is very well lit so you will feel very both safe day and night. I highly recommend Best Western Plus when in Lawrenceburg. It’s an excellent hotel.

From my first interaction with the person at the front desk to the kind man at breakfast service, every interaction was the true definition of southern hospitality. Beautiful, clean hotel. This is the place to stay when visiting Lawrenceburg.

This is such a beautiful hotel! Clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. Of course the icing on the cake is Billy’s Kitchen and his wonderful homemade breakfast. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel, lovely indoor pool. Super friendly desk staff. This hotel is right off of the highway so you can go in & out of town easily. Lovely lobby & breakfast area with a walkway over looking these areas. Prints of local examples of history & buildings were throughout the hotel which made it a lot of fun. Breakfast was the only down side. Few real choices, no eggs, bacon, biscuits. Just cold cereal, a little fruit or waffles. Huge TV, nice bedding. I'd definitely go back.

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry about breakfast. We do it restaurant style here until 9:30 am. there is a menu in the floor on a chalkboard. We do have a hot made to order breakfast. I do hope you visit again so you get a chance to try it

I left a clothes bag with a change of clothes in it. I know it was my falt for leaving it. I left a tip in the room . They made no attempt to contact me , threw the clothes bag away. Then staff lied about what was in the bag. Only dirty underware. I was at a funeral I went right by the motel on my way home home I would have stoped an got my clothes bag if it was empty. If they lie they will steal. It had a change of clothes jeans shirt hunting sweats underware night shirt. Socks plus a clothes bag we had for about 20 years.

Mr. Goldsmith,We do apologize for the misunderstanding. Housekeeping believed it was a bag of trash as it was wet. When looking inside the bag they saw what they thought were dirty undergarments' left behind to be disposed of. My understanding is the bag only had a couple of pieces of wet clothing in it. If you believe you have lost more than that, then the bag was not left here. We do not throw peoples belongings away on purpose. We actually have a storage room full of items left behind that no one has called back for or returned for. Please accept our apologies for the misunderstanding. It certainly was not intentional to dispose of anything you would have wanted to return for.

GREAT!!
Amazing stay! Rooms are meticulously clean and well decorated. The hotel is very well furnished. Filtered water machine in the lobby, as well as a coffee machine that makes about a dozen different varieties of coffee drinks. The continental breakfast is cooked to order. Billy was the cook/server during our stay and goes above and beyond to cater to the guests needs. Very impressed with this hotel!

Great hotel
Beautiful new hotel. Friendly staff at check in and at breakfast. Only problem was trying to figure out how to find the station I wanted on the TV. I understand it is a new provider, so there may be a learning curve. Finally figured out what I needed.
