"My only complaint for this hotel is that the drink prices aren’t on the menu. The food prices seemed in line with a Marriott but the drinks were priced outrageously. We had some shrimp app and a small pizza, 4 martinis and 2 beers. $178 "

I booked the room and called less than 8 hours later with a death in my family and your front desk told me I could cancel the reservation with Expedia that all they had to do was reach it and you would accept the cancellation and when Expedia did you denied it.
