The location is super convenient — close to shops and easy access to the motorways. But the best part for us was that it’s pet friendly, which made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. "With quest our preferred option, we found it to be a bit sub par in terms of other quest hotels we’ve stayed at. Reception unmanned on check in with a phone number to ring, likewise on checkout, reception unmanned, room looked a little dated, bathroom looked like it belonged in the 90s"

"I liked having a private thermal pool. I had never had that before, so that was a nice touch. The room was clean, and it was nice having clean towels and the rubbish being cleared each day. As a personal experience, the Wi-Fi was spotty, but I could at least use my laptop if my phone wasn't connecting. Other than that, it was a good experience."
