"I'll start off with the positives: - The greeter, who I presume was the owner, was kind and allowed me to start my check-in early (with a fee, but that was to be expected). - The property, despite having the layout of a motel, looked very nice. And the moment I stepped into my room, it felt I was in a high-class hotel. - Most (not all, but I'll get to that in the negatives) amenities were provided. - The price, compared to what else I was finding in the area, was relatively inexpensive. And now...

"We had a lovely long weekend stay at this property at the end of March 2025. Our room was a very spacious efficiency. The wifi was good. There was plenty of parking available. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants or go to the boardwalk. There is laundry available. There is no fitness area. Highly recommend."

"ROCK HARD BEDS, COULDN'T SLEEP, FILTHY, STAINED TOWELS, NO BLANKETS ON BEDS, RUN DOWN, TERRIBLE VALUE. They have let this place go to have more $$ in their pockets. So sad. I stayed 8.5 years ago and it was nice."

"No one around"

"My room was supposed to be non-smoking but it wasn't and stunk of cigarettes. When I got there I rang the doorbell to check in, after several time someone showed up and the first thing he said was do you have a reservation? The towels were thin, I had only one washcloth, and there was soap but no shampoo. The ice machine was locked. There was no breakfast, not even coffee! At 8 AM for checking out there was no one at the desk for me to drop my car off with and I was not about to leave it in...

"Decent property for the price. Room was sufficient, clean, and met basic needs. Comfortable budget stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Common areas not great. "

"It’s an old motel but it did exceed my expectations. The only issue I had was that there was no body wash in the container on the shower wall labeled body wash. My husband went to the office and was told someone would come in a few minutes but they never showed up. Husband went back to the office and was handed the small plastic tube type of shampoo, conditioner and a few small bars of soap. Good enough, but a little disappointing. "

"You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep."
