"Not kept updated. Wouldn’t stay again."

"There was six rooms that we reserved. My son and my other son‘s rooms had to be moved when they moved one of my sons. They took him down to a room where a naked man was laying on the bed so then they moved him rooms for a second time we came in Friday night at 12:30 and couldn’t find our key to get in the room stood in the office and rang. The bell called to the point that my husband went behind the desk to realize the gentleman was sleeping, so we went and pounded on the door to wake him up to...

"The room I was given initially was poorly cleaned. However the staff was excellent about moving me immediately to another room which was quite acceptable. The other problem I had was because I booked through Expedia, the property was not able to get paid by Expedia. They were given an invalid virtual credit card number. "Outdated but clean. Staff are always friendly. Breakfast is decent and included. Can’t beat the price when visiting my student at WMU."

"I can best describe our one night stay as “fine”. The property is definitely a little dated and has not undergone the full remodel other Fairfield’s have. "Won't go back there"

"Very very very clean eating area"

"Nice place staff were great, breakfast was ok, typical for hotels, beds were not great. Pool was cold but overall it was a decent stay for the price."

"The was clean and the mattress was excellent. The bathroom had some type of black residue on top of counter but staff came immediately to clean. Two things that I did not like,No one came to service room the next day or asked if clean towels were needed and when checking in I was told that I would have put down a $100.00 deposit that I was not aware of. We checked out at 3:00 am in the morning and did receive the deposit back. Take pictures before you unpack also when viewing the room it show...

"Easy checking. Details of property were explained very clearly. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room Was clean. No maintence issues. Plenty of available parking. Hotel was quiet. Breaks was great."
