"We had a charming fairytale stay in the hotel which was grand and lavish. The hotel was ideally located with stunning views of the mountains and glacier, set in beautiful gardens, we enjoyed eating in the restaurant for exceptional food and views out into the wilderness. The concierge was very helpful with suggesting hikes and seeing yodellers on the mountain. The head waiter was outstanding and an asset to the hotel. The hotel has no car access so must be accessed by the local hillside...

"Only negative that you might want to be aware of is that it was fairly loud, the sound of bottles being dumped at a nearby recycling station in the morning , and kids screaming from the nearby playground. Not much the hotel could do about these things. Positives: excellent staff, great breakfast, clean property. We will be back."

"This was an exceptionally positive experience. After being rudely treated throughout the day, we checked into the Jungfraublick with a smiling, welcoming and helpful Marrissa. The stay continued to get better with the Manager, John and the restaurant staff. The room was impeccably clean, the grounds were so inviting to sit an stare at the beauty that surrounds it. It's a 10 for us!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the Mountains of Wengen. Beautiful town, easy to travel between other towns as train station was a 5 minute walk. Stunning! No AC at this hotel, but it was fine. Restaurant was delicious. Staff was fantastic."
