"This property is close to the metro with a nice view of old town cathedral and lake Geneva sunset. We had a family room, it was quite spacious. The bed was also comfortable. The only thing is that we wish there could be some furniture for us to sit to enjoy a drink with the nice sunset view."

"2 pajama sets and a T-shirt were SHRUNK and are now UNUSABLE when we sent them to be laundered. Also, at the entrance you had to climb several stairs to enter the hotel which is very inconvenient for the disabled and elderly."
