This hotel is a gem! Quiet, comfortable, super clean, had easy access from the metro. The room was wonderful as well as the staff. Our room came with a buffet breakfast which was very good - a varied selection of meats, cheeses, cereals yoghurt, eggs, fruit, breads - delicious! As a guest, you’ll be given a pass for free local public transport as described by the staff. The surrounding area is devoid of tourists, but is in an area with medical facilities nearby. A unique setting - but a wonderful place to stay! Would definitely stay here in the future!

Clean, comfy and luxurious. I would happily stay here again. The breakfast was good too, eggs and toast. Croissants with all types of jams plus chocolate spread. Coffee, tea and fruit juices.

Beautiful place to stay a night in Lazanna. Very convenient to get to downtown. Tasty breakfast with great variety of hot and cold food. Nice staff everywhere. Tv has multiple channels not only in french, but English as well. Comfy bed, great lighting options in thd room and bathroom. Soft towels. Thanks for the great stay. Hope to come back

A Trip to Remember
The place is so clean and close to the train, making exploring the city very convenient. As soon as we got to the train station from Geneva, we jumped on the train to go up to the hotel—a straightforward and good location. The staff was accommodating with all the information and help we needed, like maps, transportation passes, information about how to plug our electronics... My husband and I like the ambiance and the vast selection of breakfast. Staying in the hotel was an excellent start to our first time in Switzerland.

Wonderful 2 night stay
Clean, very large rooms for a reasonable price. There was a group of 9 of us with 4 rooms for a weekend in Lausanne. Everyone was pleasently suprised with the rooms. Breakfast whilst basic, was good. Especially as it was included as standard. Location was brilliant. Walkable to the centre as well ad Geneva lake if you don't mind a long walk. Or right near a Metro which goes straight in. Hotel parking available too which we used for our rented 9 seater. Was ideal.

Pleasant stay
I didn’t realize it was attached to a hospital until we saw a newborn being pushed down a hall. The hotel is very clean and modern. It’s quite a ways from the train station and we chose to walk. Bad decision because it’s all uphill. We learned real fast about the metro. So convenient. Great breakfast! Spacious room and bathroom.

Lovely hotel
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Lausanne. It is very close to public transport. We always used tram via chuv station to travel within the city. Very accessible to travel to other cities like Montreux which is just 45 minutes by train. Our room was big considering that we are a family of four (with 2 teenagers) and had very good buffet breakfast.

I stayed here for a night with my two young children whilst travelling. The room was very big and perfect for us, very clean and modern. The only thing missing was a mini fridge (to store snacks for my youngest and some milk for tea). The reception team were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was alright, perhaps a little small for everyone to get around with their trays and food/drinks but it met our needs perfectly. Location close to metro was ideal and easy to get to the lake for a quick visit before continuing our journey.

This is a hospital not a hotel. It is full of sick patients. There are very sick people coming and going all day long. There is even a hospital clinic on the 1st floor. I think this needs to be explicit in the listing of this hotel so people are aware of what they are booking. There is no Air Conditioning, so I would not advise staying here from June to August. They give you a fan but it does not cool the room at all. The front staff are pleasant, except some of the restaurant staff are very snobby towards English speaking people. Some training needed there for sure.

The building is modern although our room had noise from the road in front. Staff were helpful and nice. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was also pretty decent. The beds were of superior quality compared with others hotels I have stayed.

Had a pretty good stay, hadn’t realized that this was actually in the hospital. With the windows open there was a lot of street noise even on a high floor. Booked this hotel partly because of the triple room that we understood to have a queen snd single bed. instead our teenage son had to sleep on a sofa bed. But all very clean, lovely bathroom and a great view of the lake.

Very modern and spacious for European hotel rooms. We had a corner room so easy to get a crossbreeze and the birds sang all day long outside our window. Fabulous free breakfast and outdoor terrace.Quick walk to metro.

This hotel was…unexpected. We didn’t realize it was an actual patient hotel. As in there was a guy wired up for his EEG in the lobby. Folks at check in were lovely. Very clean; some might even say sterile. Definitely smelled like a hospital so that could be triggering for some. No air conditioning. We had a fan and left a window open. It was fine for late May but I could see it being quite hot in the summer months. The location was good. We walked everywhere but public transportation access is close by. The breakfast buffet was good but again, the hospital vibe was strong. Folks with IV ports and bandages, and women who just gave birth with their newborns all share space at the pastry station with the tourists. Again, odd. Would I stay here again? No. Will my friends and I laugh about accidentally staying in a hospital for the next year? Yes.

The rooms are extremely clean and incredibly spacious. There were huge windows with jaw dropping views of the mountains and the lake. It is very conveniently located near a metro stop that goes right into town and to the train station. The included buffet breakfast was amazing. Many of the guests are there to be close to patients at the connecting hospital, but there were non-hospital guests like us, too. We saw several new moms with their newborns in the dining room having breakfast with their families. Very sweet! I would definitely go back here on my next visit to Lausanne!

Clean rooms and close to metro
Very clean rooms and hotel, close to metro, friendly staff, very nice breakfast selection. Safe bathroom with railing and non slippery floor. I wish there is a coffee machine or kettle in the room. Other than that, everything was great!

it's a really special " hotel " & pretty good experience to stay here. new building & good view for city & lake good breakfast here. Highly recommendation!!!
