The front desk staff was amazing! The attendant was very pleasant, accommodating, and offered us bottle at check in. She later called to make sure our room was satisfactory and it absolutely was.

The room needed both repairs and updates. Holes that needed filled, needed fresh paint, the toliet was loose and the grouting around it looked terrible.

Very nice overnight stay!! Room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was best we have seen for a few years…good # of choices and even had flavored creamer for coffee!!

The property and staff were freat - the only issue we had was NOT with these people, it was with Expedia! While they said the place was 'dog friendly', they failed to know and inform that it would be an extra charge for that! That drastically changed the cost of the room we used as a stop over on our way south. our little dog was not an issue.

This had been our 15 stay here since 2019. Twice this year. The staff is still very friendly. Dog friendly. Great rooms. It's still a great place to stay in the small town of Laurinburg. I just wish I was given ample notice about the increase pet fee.

Pros: Front desk staff as well as housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Cons: The property could use some attention. For instance the wallpaper in the bathroom is affixed to the wall with staples, there were stains on the floor, the couch was worn in places, and the furniture appeared to be in need of an update. The outside of the property is nice with the exception of two large fire ant mounds close to parking. Overall I do not feel this hotel is a good value for the price.

The lady at the front desk when checking in was Amanda was friendly and helpful Room was spacious and clean,bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean and nice (big) hotel was very well maintained kept up and clean And the rest of the staff was excellent also

The room had a cracked window with tape, the curtains were ripped, the wallpaper was coming off the walls in the bathroom. The furniture was coming apart. The bed sheets had stains. The TV remote was broken. The place is a dump.

We were really impressed with out stay. Very nice accomodations. Our room wasn't cleaned the first day, though we did head out after the cleaner had knocked on our door, but she didn't return. Also, we really weren't too impressed with the complimentary dinner. But we were glad that there at least was one. It saved us a few dollars. Overall, we had a very nice experience and we will definitely be coming back.

This place was dirty and very unclean. The service was slow and unfriendly. I waited 4hours for clean towels and asked for them 3 times. I was very uncomfortable the entire stay. Sad thing is, all of the “Motels” in the area are about the same.

The cockroach in the room was not welcome. Food for breakfast was mediocre at best. The staff was friendly and refunded the room immediately upon hearing of our unwanted guest.

They advertise breakfast and dinner but dinner is only served Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The breakfast was good at best. No bacon or grits. It is located close to restaurants and main roadways.

Staff was friendly, room was fairly clean, the shower in the bathroom however had wallpaper that was pealing away all over revealing black mold. The ceiling tiles I could tell had been recently spray painted, likely because they too were moldy. The morning breakfast was not that great.
