"Very friendly staff, great restaurant and amenities. Rating at a 4 because of total mess up with room payment. I had reserved 4 rooms for our group of 7 and we paid for rooms in pairs, one couples room was double booked (they walked in on guests) the hotel then assigned them a different room at a discounted rate which they paid. When I received my credit card statement, is when I realized I was charged for both our room and the other discounted room that was wrongfully booked, we are still trying to sort things out with this mixup."

"Champlain Motor Inn is a beautiful place, with everything you could ask for with great rates and super clean rooms, spacious rooms. The owners were super friendly and amazing to deal with making sure I had everything I needed. Rooms are big and bathrooms are very big and super clean. Rooms are equipped with Air conditioners, clean atmosphere and comfortable space. Located in such a great part of town next to all the local attractions and restaurants. Parking there is lots of available parking for their guests and have an area for kids to play which is fenced for their safety. Location allows you to be in Pembroke and close to Petawawa. Checking in and out was very easy and convenient for their guests and their service was the best. If you are taking vacation or traveling for business I would highly recommend coming to the Champlain Motor Inn in Pembroke. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Champlain for such amazing experience!"
