"The hotel was beautiful with a great view of the lake from our room. Diner was very good and the front desk was helpful in giving us ideas for activities. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable for me but my husband didn’t mind. It was also a little stuffy in the room so we opened the windows to get some lovely cool fresh air in the morning and evening. "

"Had a great couple of days here. The reception bar with games is a real USP. Laura and Simon were brilliant and really went above and beyond for us. Great local knowledge. Rooms are comfortable, clean and while basic, had all we needed. I liked the touch of a general waste and recycling bin in the room, not something I've seen often in hotels but would like to see more of."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Fassbind Beausite. Dani, Linda and their beautiful dog Heidi are incredible hosts. In the days leading up to our reservation there was lots of communication about check in and what was on offer. The free bus pass made it easy to get from Interlaken to Beatenberg.
