"The nastiest motel ever! No soap. Was given small tear open shampoo pack to wash with. The rooms were dirty, things broken, etc..."

I told her I had a reservation. She ask for what kind of room I told her double. She said they have no double and already had another customer wanting a double and would have to move people around in order to do so, and they don't have any other double rooms available.
