We usually stay at this hotel as the location is perfect. Kiosk checkin was easy. Room was clean. The refrigerator was missing from the room when we checked in, a quick text to the concierge the next morning had it quickly remedied. Will be back.

Overall our stay at the LINQ was okay. Location is perfect and all staff were pleasant. Hotel room was less than impressive. Appeared dirty (walls, stains on furniture), mattress on one bed sunk in, water pressure in shower was very low (unable to wash long hair), rooms reminded me of a dorm room and not quiet (could hear everyone around us) Hallways were very dark and elevators were questionable. Gym was decent

Yes room was great. I wish you'd quit squeezing more money for the room rate. Resort fee...fine whatever....now early and late ck out fees. What happened to customer service and if your rooms ready, let them check in.

Room was good. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. But the hallways and hotel in general had an awful smell of rotten eggs or sewage that I just couldn’t get past. Also, we had to get dressed and shower in the dark with our phones as flashlights because our lights would not turn on. I called front desk to ask for help and no one answered. When I went downstairs they informed me the hotel they have an energy saving system that doesn’t allow you to turn on any lights early in the morning and could be fixed by doing something in the room. We were never notified of this in check in and that would’ve been helpful.
