"There were long hairs in my sink (which weren’t from me) as well as leftover items from previous people around my room. Besides that the location is convenient and the staff are very kind."

"Very clean. Was not able to use the pool because we got there too late. They charge a parking fee. This should really be included in the rate for a room, but I guess it's just one more way for them to make money off us. That was really the only thing that bothered me about the whole stay."

"Clean and spacious room great staff ok breakfast. Only had pork and OJ was broken. Fitness center nice and pool. Neighborhood was bad, homeless sleeping in parking area, smell of d*pe, window AC was falling and I can see outside. Facet water was too strong and sprayed everywhere. Mattress was hard. Pillows were lumpy like a motel. Sheet was stretched out and kept coming off."

"The only reason why we picked this hotel for the indoor pool. When we got there they told us the pool was closed to maintenance and would not be open while we were there. "

"I made the mistake of double booking in Silverton Colorado AND Santa Fe on the same night- my bad. But, it kinda blows my mind that EXPEDIA doesn't catch something like that, and notify their customers that they have double booked. Very disappointing - I don't really trust them anymore."

"The Mystic is such a cute place! The art & decor are adorable, the space for the dining area is super spacious and they have a lovely outdoor space/patio as well! Breakfast is phenomenal, Greek yogurt, breakfast tacos/eggs/bacon/sausage, fresh fruit, sourdough, waffles, etc. so many options and tastes wonderful. Drive up parking in a gated parking lot is also very nice. Bed was cozy and room itself was nice as well. Front desk staff was friendly & accommodating. I will definetly stay again when...
