"Excellent location in the old town area of Las Palmas with the bus station just across the road from it from where you can get a direct service to the airport.
The hotel room is modern and tastefully decorated the bathroom has a walk in shower and the water pressure is excellent. This is an ideal hotel for a short break to Las Palmas. The beach area and sea front is walkable but is around a 30 to 40 minutes away. The area around the hotel is safe with lots of restaurants in walking distance, the area has a more local feel to it."

"It has it all: staff (can I give 6 stars?). Same for the breakfast and dinner buffet. Directly on the beach and the wonderful promenade and the Price is great. A room facing the beach is really worth it. Can’t beat this place. Six stars!"
"The peers at the front desk are amazing,
Unfortunately I don’t recall their names but they make me fall in love with the island. The whole front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come back, also Vanessa the housekeeper; was very kind and helpful at all times."
"Beautifully renovated modern hotel, near the historic center. We were there 4 days and only got housekeeping 1 time. If you missed your chance for housekeeping, they did not come back. Great breakfast. Nice gym, although it could use a little more TLC. Like having sanitary wipes available. The lobby, bar, and all public rooms are in a very chic contemporary style. Desk staff was helpful. Room amenities were fine, but in a high-end hotel, they could be nicer, like less paper and plastic and more china."
"Liked our room and our breakfast buffet very much. Would have given this stay a Five Star if the shower temperature did not fluctuate between hot and cold on it own. Also if our view of the ocean was not obstructed by permanent shades that cover the front of the hotel building."
"We had a good stay at TocToc suites, the apartment was clean, staff were friendly and most of the things you needed were available. The only thing that would have been nice was a chopping board for preparing meals, but we still made it work.
Would definitely recommend for a short or long term stay in Las Palmas."
