"Staff was great at check in!! Hotel is very nice and has that historic grand feel to it. Room was huge and had a very large balcony overlooking the pool. "The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is one of my favorites clean with a swim up bar. Good breakfast buffet. I was there for a graduation ceremony, a good facility for that as well."

"Cuando llegamos no teniamos habitación. Las tenian todas ocupadas. Tubimos q irnos a otro hotel. No hicieron caso a la reserva de expedia. Parece ser q lo suelen hacerlo muy amenudo. No reserven no cumplen. Llegas a Santa Catalina y te encuentras sin hotel."
