"This is a really great family hotel, second time here. Lots of things for youngsters to do. Maybe not so much for adults but keeping the shorties occupied is part of the reason for being here. Staff are friendly and excellent, any problems you might have(or at least I have had) get rectified straight away. Food is good, great variety and lots of options. Room was excellent, comfortable, well equiped and clean. Could do with more coffee sachets though :D Oh, parking can be a bit of a pain, you either have to pay to use the car park or take a chance and use the rubble strewn and cratered free car park outside. That's my only minor gripe."

"We had a great holiday at this hotel at a good price for four people. The only downside that our room was not clean for three days. We stayed at the third floor and it was very windy most of the time,the two swimming pools was lovely and plenty of sunbeds.The food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. South tenerife airport is near this hotel around 10 t0 15 mins by taxi and planes do fly over this hotel but this is not that bad."

"A super hotel, location excellent, rooms are very good (better with balcony) - comfortable beds - and a wonderful traditional courtyard with palm trees. Breakfast generally good but would prefer an outside seating area as can be very noisy. Also proper omelettes rather than from a pack of liquid omelette. 😕"

"I stayed here for one night as an airport stopover. I must admit I do not understand the terrible reviews. Yes the decor in the rooms is basic and a little tired. But the bedding, towels and room was very clean. It’s a 24H reception which is perfect for late arrivals and breakfast is included. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet style with a great selection. It’s close to the bus stop to the airport and the bus takes 5mins and cost c€2 The little town it’s in has several coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. I couldn’t fault it for an overnight stay If you want 5star don’t stay here but if you want value for money for a short stay, with a friendly service and good surrounding amenities I would recommend"
