Not recommended

Hotel was not clean at all. Bathroom door had holes in it, couch was dirty from arm rests. Door to the room wouldn’t close completely, as in it would lock but you could see how uneven it was and see the light from outside come in. The front desk came and got our key and remote an hour before check out which is very unusual. We didn’t sign anything at check out either which is unusual as well. We slept confortably since it was only one night but will not return or recommend to family or friends.

Expedia is a scam, the western inn that we were sent to does not do business with Expedia. I had to re-register for the motel. I will not recommend Expedia or the motel to anyone.

Miserable please read

Motel stated they don’t use hotels.com and has no reservation. Cost was double what I thought. Bathroom was disgusting beds were super hard. No shampoo or bars of soap. No maid to change sheets. Homeless people surrounded the place. Will never recommend this to anyone. Worse experience of my life and wasted my money. Almost don’t even recommend hotels.com

Did not stay there reserved a room for a softball tournament and when i arrived to check in i was told they didn't have any rooms available and told the guy i had reserved a room and had my confirmation number and he was very rude and told me they had canceled my reservation and i didn't receive anything abot my reservation being canceled. The hotel was nasty and there was homeless people in the dumpster luckily i had friends with an extra room for me and my kid or we would have been sol would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy

True Nightmare

The hotel did not honor our reservations!!! We shared confirmation number from Hotel.com to no end We were informed they were overbooked by over twenty reservations! We spent the evening attempting to find lodging for the night!!! Overall A Nightmare!
