What I liked was the coffee and breakfast in the morning. There was always parking available. Room cleanliness was good. What I didn’t like, is it didn’t seem like the hotel knew about the different events ( baseball competition, graduation etc) or at least it didn’t seem like they were ready for the influx of guests. We had multiple rooms, and in one the toilet didn’t flush, so we had to call maintenance as soon as we got there. The air conditioner had to be turned off, so you could sleep, because otherwise the noise would not let you. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot during our stay.

Checkin person was very nice and totally professional. Room was great! We slept very well. My only issue was the shower head. They never seem to work good. It was too hard to adjust the settings. That’s all I have to complain about. Not too bad at all.

Being handicapped, I got exactly the kind of shower with seat and no tub to step over into that I needed. That doesn't always happen. A good buffet restaurant next door and plenty of fast food places within 5 miles.

Our phone didn’t work and the fan emitted a terrible noise. They said they were waiting for parts. They replaced our phone handset. It will ring but doesn’t allow you to hear the other person. There was yucky food on the floor. Although they said they were booked, they eventually found another room for us to move to.

It was a nice property and breakfast was good as typical Hampton. My Only complaint....for a pet charge this unit had no ,NO, good pet walking rest stop areas.No bags or pet station AT all.Larger rocks and cement around total building. UNDERSTAND desert and grass.I live in Tucson.....but come on.The best place I found was on the drive way side with Golden Corral. SMALLER stones for small dogs to walk on like at home.HOTEL NEXT DOOR had some lawn grass.Interesting. so An Fyi for pet lovers.This Hampton is off our list as Dog friendly.

Nice decor, clean, friendly staff, This location did not have first floor mobility wheelchair rooms, if fire no way to get out because elevators do not work during fires. Partner can not walk or go down stairs. No comfort height toilets and a bidet on toilet would be helpful for people with disabilities.

At check in, the hotel clerk was awful - not pleasant at all and not personable. The first impression is a lasting one!! He seemed to hate his job and it showed. Also, this hotel is quite noisy as it is very close to the Interstate highway. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows- I’ve always stayed at Hampton Inns because of the great beds. The beds at both Hampton’s in two different locations were the same ; flat and hard. I like Hampton’s and I’ve always felt like I know what to expect, but these beds were terrible. Has me questioning if I’ll try another chain. Other than that we were happy with everything else.
