"Couldn’t say enough positives about this hotel. The check in process was so easy and we got there early but they still let us have access to our room without an additional charge (rare in this day and age!). The staff were so accommodating, I had hurt my ankle a few days prior and required icing which they were only too willing to make a temporary ice bag for me. Great location as it’s easy access into the city centre and the main transport link into Belfast and the airports. The breakfast options were vast and delicious (the waffle maker was a particular favourite). Room was super comfortable and great size. Bathroom had good quality fixtures and plenty of amenities in the room. So pleased we chose this hotel for our Belfast trip as it was the perfect base. Lots of lovely restaurants in the surrounding area as well."
