"Clean rooms. "

"Parking not safe and there was very loud music making it hard to sleep on the first night."

"The hotel was advertising daily housekeeping but when I got there I was given a card saying they only clean on the third night. They also made me pay almost $7 for bottled water and had no other water options available. The staff was nice but I had to look twice to make sure I was lodging at a marriott. My points were not added until I reminded them at check out and even then, they only applied 2 of the 4 days that I stayed."

"We used Vallet parking and Inn transportation to other parts of town. It would be convenient to have a small breakfast at the hotel."

"My daughter and I stayed here the night before an early flight. We arrived late and had to park behind the building. There was some “activities” going on behind the building. I honestly thought “I hope my car is here in the morning.” The limited interaction I had with the two employees at the front desk was pleasant. The room was clean. "Room very clean. Air conditioning unit worked but was extremely loud while turning on and off. Didn’t regulate very well. Breakfast was great bar was adequate. Wished it opened earlier than 5. All staff considerate and professional. All greeted us throughout our stay."

"Parking was safe yet expensive. Elevator service did not extend to parking levels, that can not be be acceptable. Lugging suitcases up the stairs to the lobby level is a real problem "

"I had a great stay at the AC Hotel Arlington. The service was excellent from start to finish. The waitstaff at breakfast on Saturday morning were attentive and friendly, and a special shoutout to the waitress who helped me and my friends on Friday (4/17) — she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The rooms and overall hotel were very clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Great service all around. I would definitely stay here again!"
