The place doesn't look like the photos posted online. Its all unreal. The beddings, the floor its all dusty. no tissues, no slippers like mentioned on postings. You guys, if you are a looking for a hotel near the airport, do yourself a favor and do not make any business with this hotel. The whole stay was terrible and inconvenient.

There is no convenience at all. Every time we need something or grocery there is no convenience close and we have to get tricycle for the transportation and a little expense because it is a private trip....location is not good to me

Badly stained bed sheets
The bed sheets had very gross stains all over them... tried to upload a picture but it won’t allow it. Pretty much sums up this hotel.

Items were stolen out of my room. When I complained, I was told housekeeping had mistaken the items for trash. I purchased a room with breakfast and then was told that I had not purchased breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We had to wait for the check in time. Which is 2 pm. My parents asked if we can check in now since our flight is very early in the morning but they said they are fully booked and have to wait til 2pm for others to check out. We saw some people checking out by around 7 am. So we just head to Gaisano Mall to have our breakfast. At 10 am my mother called again and asked if we can come over again and asked if we can check in since we are very very tired from our 5 hour trip. The person in the front desk said try to come back at 12. When we came back at 12 pm we were able to check in. When we came to the room It doesn't look like what we saw in the picture. It's small and smelly. The bathroom is smelly, and the water preassure is too weak for you to take a bath. I also noticed that a towel was improvised as a blanket lol. It doesn't look like what I saw in their picture. When we went to sleep, the bed was very itchy. I guess it's from the bed cover. It looks like it was not changed at all. At night we ordered lechon kawali but it just taste like fried pork, it does not taste like lechon at all. The location is not easy to find too. Its very far from restos. Think twice if you want to try booking here.

clean room, no rugs in the shower, small blanket
No internet in the room and staffs are not friendly , but close to the market and mall. If you think of using this hotel make sure you have the address, not all taxi drivers know this hotel.

Water heater NOT working
We stayed at this hotel where no hot water, I called the staff to check our washroom instead the room boy gave us a water heater and a pale to use instead because water heater is not working. Ridiculous !!

I was immediately disappointed, having spent a few years returning to this hotel due to its proximity to the golf course, to find that the restaurant was closed during the day when previously it had been open all day. It was a nice place to sit, meet others and have a snack and a drink. I think this cost cutting exercise will come back and bite them in the face! Also they had to deal with two very large cockroaches in my room and the shower was a very light trickle. Even the staff wer3nt as friendly as they have been in the past, although generally pretty good. I shall consider other options when I next return.

No, but the customer service there not friendly.
I request and extra blanket because where two people they charge extra. Also when I request late check out even for an hour they charge extra per hour. Also when I took a taxi they don't know? Hard to find?

Very basic Puny room barely room to leave a suitcase on the floor,worn out .If you want wifi ,they advertise it for free ,but It does not exist .I have an iphone which has never failed to connect anywhere ,but here,they told me Iphones have trouble connecting .My laptop wont connect either .NO WIFI No free water in the room either,just a basic human necessity in hot weather.Please don't drink the tap water either.And make sure the water you get in the restaurant is also purified.These guys don't even take your baggage to your room .but it is dirt cheap so What do you expect .haha

I arrived at the hotel at 8:45 am, asked if I could check in early because I'd be checking out early the following day as well. The front desk clerk told me I'd have to pay additional 500 for early check-in, didn't matter that they only had one other guest and had plenty of rooms available. I understand rules are rules, but for a hotel my taxi driver had difficulty finding, a little consideration could help them with their rating and possibly with guest uptake. Said clerk didn't care enough for their guest and her employer, even went so far as to insinuate I might not be able to afford the extra charge. She needs better training or maybe a replacement.

The place is quite good for the price. Although you need to take Grab or Uber to get to the sightseeing places. Overall, I think this is a decent place to stay for budget travelers.

When entering the room we just see that lavatory plumbing was defect and water was spilling all over on floor.We asked to be change floor and they propose us a lower grade room because they had only lower or upper grade room available. They should have provided us a upper grade room as the problem was their fault and didn t want to repair.. They did not want to give upper grade....prooving that they dont care about their customers

Convenient location near airport (10-15 min drive). However, no stores or anything nearby, nowhere close to buy water. You have to take a tricycle. Noisy construction nearby. Blanket somewhat thin. Spacious for one person, clean. Amenities provided. Fast check-in. Wifi is available only at lobby and dining area.

Room was good. But the restaurant took literally over one hour to get some chicken. And they will try to rip you off with the taxi. They will say "there is no taxi" and will try to sell you their expensive driver. There are taxis everywhere.

The only reason we booked this is because it said near the airport which it was but it was also in an industrial area with a scrap metal yard opposite where they were working until 10pm and started again at 7am. We used our sleeping bags to sleep in as the bed linen looked unsavoury.

Good enough for the price
Room is small but clean with things you need: hot shower, strong air con etc. Food at the lobby is not bad too. Around 10 mins drive to airport and a shopping mall. Overall satisfied as a stopover if you only stay in Cebu for short while.

This hotel has no closets, small rooms with very small bathrooms, locks don't work properly, no refrigerator or anything else in room, no ice machine, no coffee..... Could be worse... but needs to be MUCH better! The staff are all great, and are not at fault.
