"Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."

"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"First could not find reservation, Waited over one hour and lady at desk had an attitude. Then taken to wrong room; no ocean view. Then moved to another building and it has a ocean view from 14th floor over a 1/4 mile away! No where near the beach; you have to walk to a open field and then pay to go on the beach. This is just old condo's that are empty and poorly managed and false advertising at the least. would NEVER recommend! Oh, and a $13.00 per hour early check in; charged for 2 hours even...

"My first buffet breakfast in this stay left a bad taste as I ordered an omelet at the egg station but I almost finished my breakfast already (30mins approximately) and after 2 follow ups, I saw only 1 chef manning the egg station with a thick pile of egg requests. For a huge resort that purports to being at the 5 star level, this is unacceptable delay and something I've never experienced in all of the Bonvoy Marriott Group. So I expressed my displeasure to the f&B personnel both in person and email and to their credit, they apologized and sent a fruit basket to mollify the unfortunate experience. Other than that, the rooms were as good as ever, service was very good and personnel were professional and warm. We also enjoyed their spa services which has very good therapists. Also the gym was good and the swimming pool too. The beach quality is not as good but that isnt the fault of the resort. One last nitpick is that we attempted to ask for a 30 minute extension late checkout (standard checkout time is 12:00pm and we requested for 12:30pm) as we are Platinum members of Hotels.com and many hotels do give that little leeway but with Sheraton Mactan, they denied this as they stick strictly to their 12:00pm check-out despite us checking in already late at 8pm and with the aforementioned Platinum status. All in all, it was a good local resort and I would rate it as one of the top 3 resorts in Mactan notwithstanding my egg station difficulties on the first day."

"The hotel was good, but the shuttle service was not Free as I expected, and that should be made clear. Also we waited an extra hour at the airport upon arrival even though we scheduled shuttle service the day day prior. But the staff at the restaurant were very nice and provided great service."

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—from the front desk team to the lifeguards. Everyone made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, although I would have appreciated a fish dish as an additional choice. My only minor complaint is the toilet seat in our room. It was quite wobbly and seems like it’s due for a replacement. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back."

"Much different than the average boring hotels. We had a two bedroon/two CR unit with a small balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, eat, clean. The AirCons were outstanding, one on bottom floor and one in each BR upstairs. My kids felt like they were home instead of feeling bored in a square hotel room. Breakfast downstairs was excellent. The location within a few minutes of the airport is without a doubt one of the top selling points for this "hotel". The true question is "would I stay there again when visiting Cebu" the answer is quite simple Absolutely!"
