"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

"I arrived early in the morning off of the sleeper train from Hanoi. They let me drop my bags in one of the shared areas of the property and then let me check into my room early. My room was great, it was the perfect size with a great view of the mountains. The shower was nice and hot…perfect for coming home from the cold rainy weather. "About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here. We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to! Will definitely be staying here again :)"

"Beautiful property. Very nice staff. The view from the restaurant/breakfast area is nice. The room we had kinda weird the window is pointless unless you like people looking into your room. Bed was very stiff. Not my thing after 4 days it was doing a number on my back. My bathroom some reason smelled like mildew. The coffee shop had a cat inside that was very friendly and adorble so big plus. Breakfast was about 90% the same thing everyday. But looking over the city and into the mountains was nice to see every morning. I think one down side is there was not tv that I could have hooked up to to watch a movie instead of sitting on my phone at night to watch something. For the price I paid think its worth it besides the stiff bed."

"Had a large room at the front of the hotel with views of the Sapa hills. Worth a few extra bucks to wake up to that view each morning! The breakfast buffet was great, well stocked and lots of variety. Used the laundry services a couple of times, visited the rooftop pool. The hotel is on the edge of town, it is a 10 minute uphill walk to the centre of town, but there are plenty of grab cars nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel!"

"Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were beyond wonderful. A special thank you to Tina and Wendy at the reception, they were more than amazing, incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is perfect and close to everything you need. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
