"We had a short stay here and it was pleasant. We had a bungalow which was quite large. It was clean, linen was clean but the pillows were awful. There was also no aircon in the bedrooms. The bungalow was dated, ripped sofa and old kitchen. The gym isn’t really a gym, a couple of very old machines and a few light weights. The pool areas and communal areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Not a bad location as you can walk to the beach and local restaurants in 5 mins."

"Room was clean and functional, but a few things could be improved. No full-length mirror in the room, and housekeeping doesn't change towels daily (every 2 days) or bed sheets weekly, which felt a bit stingy. Wifi signal was weak throughout the stay it needs to be improved. The pool area was very quiet with no music for atmosphere, and I was surprised to be charged for a towel (20€ deposit and 2€ per day) that's normally complimentary elsewhere. "First time in lanzarote and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel . The staff were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was plentiful and a good selection, the pool was fantastic and spotlessly clean and if you like the beach it's just a short walk from the hotel . Rooms were large and really comfortable, so we will definitely book again for next year .thank you floresta..."

"Nuestra estancia fue muy buena. Cada dia pasaban a limpiar y incluso el primer dia que no teniamos con que fregar los platos, nos los fregaron. La entrada fue lo más complicado porqué llegamos con mucho sueño del vuelo y no tuvimos la habitacion hasta las 16h. En general estuvimos muy bien atendidos, el personal de 10 y las instalaciones también. Muy bien ubicado. Recomendaria tener personal de animación que hable español, ya que todo es en inglés y a pesar de que algunas personas de habla...
