"I was very disappointed in my stay at Sonesta. The night my daughter and I made it to the hotel, after traveling into town, the person at the front desk was not pleasant as I checked into the room. Once we made it to the hotel, our bed seemed clean and inviting and the air conditioner worked well. Those are about the only complements I can provide. The facilities in the room were not clean.
