"We had seen Kanata hotels throughout our trip in Canada. This was our first time staying at one. The room was so well appointed, and clean. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. If you are a coffee drinker you'll be in coffee heaven as there is a large coffee bar with multiple options, available 24/7. "Room was ok, although the door sometimes wouldn’t open due to the frame being out of whack. The ice machine on our floor was in about 10 pieces on the floor in a pile. It said it had a pool but it has been closed so no swim for the kids. The caulking around the tub was black and needs to be replaced. Lots of parking, decent breakfast. Won’t be back."

"I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Great breakfast. I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air.
