When nearby guests blasted loud music while I was unwell, the staff refused to intervene and told me to handle it myself. After I politely asked the guests to turn it down, they began mocking us and making pig noises — it was humiliating and made us feel unsafe. "Location, staff, service and food was impeccable! The only thing that has stopped me from rating an excellent is the age and condition of the villa we stayed in. Always clean, spotless and fantastic in room service, inside and out just showing its age in a very humid climate. Room needs a coat of paint and a furnishing freshen up. Apart from that, a great option for privacy and a great size for a couple on an extended stay. Great value overall, with a full board package truly enjoyed the stay."
