"Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms.
They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for.

"Stunning Villa with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and really beautiful. Loved the blackout blinds as well. Laundry is available for use which was great for us after four weeks of traveling. Special mention to Andra who went above and beyond for us really appreciate everything she did.
Only area for improvement would be breakfast, could be a bit less clunky with the ordering system etc and our order was always a bit wrong. Quality of the food was really good...
