Super Location für Skifahrer

4 Tage mit einem 20 Jährihen Kind gebucht. Alles sehr gut gewesen, kinderfreundlich, guter Eervice. Skiausrüstung direkt vor dem Hotel. Shick serviertes Abendessen.

Sympathisches Hotel in einem sympathischen Dorf

"Die Post" gibt sich, wohl aufgrund der Lage und der Neigung des Chefs, als Biker-Hotel, aber auch als Nicht-Biker werden Sie sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlen sich gut aufgehoben. In der Halbpension ist sogar ein Stück Kuchen am Nachmittag inbegriffen und das Menü ist sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl mit sehr guten Brötchen und sehr gutem Brot. Galtür selbst ist keines dieser aufgeblähten Massentourismus-Ski-Dörfer, die im Sommer wie eine Geisterstadt wirken, sondern ein Dorf mit vernünftigen Proportionen zwischen Einheimischen und Touristen und vielfältigen Angeboten. Es lohnt sich, das Alpinarium zu besichtigen, eine sehr moderne und architektonisch gelungene Version eines Heimatmuseums, integriert in die Lawinenschutzmauer des Dorfs. Für Wanderer und Mountainbiker ist gesorgt. Wenn Sie auf der Durchreise sind und nujr wenig Zeit haben, gehen Sie wenigstens ein Stück ins Jamtal. Der Gletscher, den die Galtürer in den 1970ern per Volksabstimmung vor dem Schicksal eines Sommerskigebiets bewahrt haben, ist schon kurz nach dem Taleingang zu sehen. Wenn Sie die Silvretta-Hochalpenstrasse fahren möchten- das Hotel bezahlt Ihnen die Maut.

I just retired from being the Manager of International Affairs, and my wife was a Office Manager for an international airline. We've been to over 70 countries and this was absolutely 10 nicest hotel we've ever stayed in!!!

klasse Hotel, nicht nur für Motorradfahrer!

-tolle Lage -Zimmer gut -Frühstück gut -LTE-Netz Telekom Austria verfügbar -man kann sich dort ein Elektro-Motorrad ausleihen (25Euro von 17-19 Uhr), macht richtig Spaß die Silvretta Hochalpenstraße zu fahren -Im Sommer gibt es eine Gästekarte dazu womit man den Pass gratis fahren kann

Fantastisk sted i et fantastisk område.

Very nice Week in a fantastic area where Skiing is in center of attention. Comfortable Rooms, nice Breakfast, clean and tidy, cosy little Town with a couple of Restaurants serving local food. Skiing area with "soul", and the huge Ischgl skiing "machine" just minutes away. We will be back next year.

Value for money, with nice service and comfortable rooms. The style seems a bit obsolete, but the hotel offers good quality services for fair prices.

Bra hotell i Galtur med 10 minuters bussresa till Ischgl och ännu kortare avstånd till backarna i Galtur. Rekommenderas.

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe zu Ischgl

Einzelzimmer sind gut und gross, freundliches Personal, mein Kurzaufenthalt war in Ordnung. Leider musste ich für meine 2 Espresso beim Frühstück je EUR 2,00 dazu zahlen, was mich sehr negativ überrascht hat.

(a little) Room for improvement

Reception staff could be a lot more helpful in terms of responding to questions particularly. E.g. When inquiring about another local hotel where I had an associate staying I was simply told by the receptionist that they were not local...no offer to find out for me etc. Otherwise this is an excellent hotel in a wonderful location
