"The apartment was as stated, very clean, towels, bedding, pots, pans, plates and cutlery all provided. Reception spoke English, which was a great result as our French is very poor. Communication about the booking was very good and clear. Key collection and drop is really easy. Great location for zipping around Normandy, as easy access to the main roads."

"Ducey Best Western was a great stay. The staff were polite, courteous, helpful and patient with our language barrier. We had a AMAZING dinner on our first night prepared by their in-house chef. Our second-floor window opened on to the river which was picturesque. The village itself is small and quiet, with cafes, bars, restaurants and groceries walking distance from the hotel. We would have no hesitation staying here again. Merci, Best Western Ducey-les-Chéris "

Fruit in breakfast basket old eg over ripe bananas…maybe improve presentation of fruit, wash the apples and grapes and shine them up for better presentation. Liked that Coffee/tea available in lobby in evening. Very pleasant staff. "
