"The Grand is our favourite hotel in Brighton and our first choice when we visit. The staff are always amazing - friendly, accommodating and helpful. The only issue we had this visit was both guest lifts being out of order all weekend with the whole hotel having to use the single small service lift - we were on the 6th floor so this was an unusual disappointment with an otherwise fabulous hotel."

"I feel the breakfast is to expensive, I booked a room in the lodge. I know this is a budget room but the window doesn’t close and the room smelt of weed, the tv wasn’t plugged in or connected to the aerial. I know that sounds petty but I didn’t really expect to have to set a tv up when I got to my room. The internet wouldn’t connect so I was unable to carry out any online admin work. But on a good note - there was hot water and the shower pressure was good."
