The area was beautiful, the hotel was clean and the room very comfortable. The only issue was that they were renovating the lobby and they didn't have any dining option after 9pm. I asked in the lobby where can we have something to eat and they couldn't tell me where.

The kids pool was closed half of the time, which was really disappointing (that was the reason we took this hotel and not a cheaper one)

A bit disappointed by the downgrade in pool facilities since our last stay years ago. Restaurant was under renovation as well. Everything else was fine.

Overall nice hotel. Disappointed with the breakfast but it is possible that it was like that because of the renovation.

A great choice for a family stay. The little waterpark was perfect for my boys (16 months - 12 yrs old). The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean with a wonderful view of the pond. Everyone here was very kind and helpful. Would definitely return!

Kids loved the splash pad. Pool hours are 8am-10pm which is different than the 10am-10pm listed on the website. Overall, great experience and would stay again.

For being a Hilton property, we wer÷ dissapointed. The complimentary toiletries were empty in the shower, There was a very expensive breakfast and the tv remote didnt work. We will make a different choice for the next time we visit this area.

The hotel was all right. I would prefer a room on the floors upstair but they didn't have any. My room was on the same floor as the event floor. Other than that it was fine.

The room was a very nice size . It was a suite . The first night we arrived we noticed a white stain on the couch . I asked housekeeping to clean it the next morning . We returned later that afternoon with the cough still stained . That evening I was watching tv and saw a large ( water bug) walking across the television. I could not sleep comfortably after that . I reported it to the main office in the am and I was told I booked through Expedia and there was nothing they could do .

The hotel was spacious, well organized, and very quiet. The desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. I had a problem that required maintenance staff and they arrived in minutes!

We truly enjoyed our family time! The kids loved the water play and arcade room. Stores were walking distance, if one wanted to gain a bit of fresh air. We would definitely visit again!
