The pools were nice! The rooms had multiple tv’s, one for each bed in the bunk beds, which was cool. However, the rooms feel outdated. The bathroom needs to be updated, the beds could be better, bigger pillows. The AC would randomly shut off even after taking the auto feature off, which made the room hot. Overall, nice property just needs to be updated for the price that they charge.

We were really excited for this stay, upon arriving in our room we had no hand soap, mold in the shower, just not very clean, handprints and smears and stuff running down the walls from spills. Cute decor, but property and upkeep is severely lacking. Our mini fridge didn’t work, there was a small table in the room but no chairs to use to eat at the table, the chairs by the pools were filthy, so bad you hated to even really sit on them. The pool is small but the kids enjoyed it. Hot tub water was far from hot. Didn’t have major issues, but the cleanliness of the place is definitely really lacking especially for the price. Staff was friendly, but while in the gift shop nobody was taking care of people in there and the workers just stood at the check in area until you told them you wanted to purchase something.

The outdoor pool area was great. Life guards were excellent. Indoor hot tub was not well maintained. This is more of a motel, rooms open to outside and for the price I paid definitely not what I was expecting. We had two rooms, one room smelled awful like mildew and the carpet (if you could call it that) was damp. You don’t have a phone you have to text the front desk for anything and they don’t clean your room. I would rather have a decent room and less amenities like the arcade etc.

This is a great place for young families . The cartoon characters and colors are fun . Restaurant food was good too . My only complaint is with Expedia ‘s charge versus the hotel receipt . Almost $150 more than Cartoon Network

A good place to stay for young families. The pools & sprayground are very family friendly. There are corn hole games available to play. You do hear other guests as the walls are thin but it was clean & conveintly located.

I think the rooms could have been cleaner had dust on the walls and found clothing belonging to previous guests in a drawer. I wouldn't say I liked how there was a charge for paying guests for breakfast service, usually complimentary

Awesome place, awesome price for what you get. facilities are nice, clean and convenient. Pricing was fair all around from room, food, gift shop. Kid absolutely loved it . The staff were amazing, best group I have ever dealt with. I would definitely stay again. family members switched their hotel to stay here and enjoyed it better then their previous $400 a night room at a different hotel in the area

The carpet was DIRTY. My son’s socks were black by the end of the night. The walls were dirty and damaged. The pool was gross with dead bugs and the indoor pool water was a weird color. The hot tub looked like it had never been scrubbed. No microwaves in the rooms, which you would think they would have considering this is geared towards children. This is a motel, not hotel. So the walls were super thin, I could hear kids screaming on the other side at midnight and people walking outside. The curtains do not close all the way. You just have a pull down shade which doesn’t block out the street lights. I have no plans on going back.
