We had to change rooms because the door lock was broken. The second room the bathroom door dragged on the floor so it was next to impossible to close. But the bed was comfortable and the in- room kitchen is a great convenience.

Room was set up nicely. Burners do not work properly. Needed to “ask” for clean towels daily. Room was very dusty. Other peoples long hair around floor in the bathroom with debris around edges in the living area. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Would not stay in this location again.

Exceeded expectations
We closed on our house and needed a place to sleep the night before traveling the next day. We had a pickup full of household stuff as well as our chocolate lab. Our room was clean, well supplied and everything exceeded our expectations. All staff members were kind, courteous and helpful. Our dog was also welcomed which is a must whenever we travel any place. Good job, Candlewood staff!

The first room we got looked to be under construction and not ready for guests. We went to the lobby and asked for a new room and without hesitation they gave us a new room and it was fantastic! It was clean, updated, and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

What I am most bitter about is the pet fee. They charged me a fee, when I was told this was in case of a pet accident. I travel often with my dog and use Airbnb or book pet friendly hotels and NEVER have been charged a pet fee. My dog stays very clean and take her out often so no accidents happen. Also people smoking in the parking lot gives this place a bad taste.

Tried to check in early and the front desk person was rude, telling me check in was not until 3 but when our room was ready it smelled like poop when we walked in, we were moved to another but then Wi-Fi and telephone didn’t work, also for the amount of money I spent, breakfast should have been included.

A Great Place To Stay
Kathy at the front desk (when I checked in and when I checked out) was so sweet, caring and helpful! The size of the suite was amazing! I will definitely be staying at Candlewood Suites in future travels.

The room had a terrible stincb which was deodorized once I informed them I was offered a room upgrade however it wasn’t accommodating for the size of people so we declined.. we returned after our event to take showers there was NO HOT WATER in addition to the towel holder falling off the wall in the middle of the night not to mention when the towels fells off the rack a towel was soiled …when I contacted the front desk I was told to speak to manager Nicholas the following morning which I did… He informed me that he would inspect the room and let me know I haven’t heard anything back

Nice place but terrible service.
I was staying in a suite that could sleep 4 people. The extra pillows in the closet were dirty and no blanket. I requested more. Upon receiving 2 more pillows and a blanket, one pillow was stained and looked like it had vomit on it. See images below. There were also only three towels not four. I requested more towels the morning my guests were arriving and was told I had to wait because all of the towels were being washed. I said no problem we wouldn’t need them until later. After 5pm we got back to the room and no extra towels were left. I called the front desk and asked again for some and was told that we would have to use the towels present, bring them to the front desk to be laundered and then obtain fresh ones. Considering I did not want to make people shower and then immediately report to the front desk with a dirty towel just to get a clean one the next guest could use, I pushed back and asked to please get some BEFORE handing in dirty towels. After some time, they relented and brought clean ones. Upon check out I was not offered a receipt and had to ask. They stated they could email it to me. I never received the email and called and was told it was misspelled. After getting this corrected I got the invoice which did not match the amount pending on my credit card. I had to call back again to ask why and was told a $40 cupboard fee is always added “just in case” you need something and the credit card company will need to remove the charge. I will now have to call my cc

There were scuff marks all over the walls, some of the furniture appeared rather worn. The water was not warm. The vanity in the bathroom appeared to have water damage. I was, however; impressed with the kitchenette’s size and how well it was stocked with amenities. Also loved the collection of Dove brand products in the bathroom
