There was no WiFi despite having stated it had internet while booking. There was also a mix up regarding the payment; I had made advance payment with breakfast online, I also had a mail confirmation but the hotel staff insisted that I still needed to pay for breakfast. I am still awaiting a resolution for the matter. I also haven’t received an invoice from the hotel for my stay, I’m guessing it’s due to the internet issue that this payment was such a mess but that is not the customers fault as I do not wish to pay twice for one service.
