"Very nice hotel near the airport. The only downside is it does not have a very good shuttle service. No service between noon and 5pm. Shuttle is small. Seven passengers first come first served. Many people left to hire a taxi or Uber or wait 30 minutes and try again to get on again. If using the shuttle be early and get outside on the curb."

"This hotel was AMAZING and I've already booked it again for March 2027 for my next event in Paris. First-time visitor to Paris & just randomly picked this hotel. Firstly, it's in Clichy, which is still close to the Metro but outside the brouhaha of the city. The neighborhood is delightful, walkable, safe... lovely. It's a bit far from CDG (~45m drive) but I'll take it. The hotel itself is lovely and is beautifully maintained. My flight arrived very early, and they let me drop off my luggage, and I stepped out into the city until check-in time. The staff was FANTASTIC and so helpful. My voltage converter didn't quite fit the socket so they gave me one to use. My flip-flops broke post-pool, and they gave me a spa pair to wear for the rest of my stay. The room was small and boutique, but as I was travelling solo, it was perfect for me. It was very clean. The windows open out into the street and you can people-watch any time of the day or night. Breakfast was an inexpensive add-on and was lovely. The gym/pool/sauna/hot tub area was wonderful as well. The only downside to the entire stay (and this is a small thing) is that you have to make a reservation to use the pool/gym 3 hours in advance and must be let in by front desk staff. I missed a much-needed hot tub session one night as I got back too late to reserve, but now I know for next time (and now you do, too!) I can't say enough good things about this place!"

Seuls bémoles, la vaiselle de la salle déjeuner et les tapis des corridors. La vaiselle serait dûe pour un renouvellement, plusieures assiettes ébrèchées et verres grafignés (trops de lavages). Les tapis des corridors sentent mauvais."
