Communication: host did not respond to any messages on Expedia chat, but luckily I was able to get contact details for the owner via Expedia customer services. However, this was useless as communications with owner were terrible - messages were ignored, and only responded to once Expedia chased. his happened on multiple occasions...

"This hotel has a good location. it is near of the metro station. About 5 minutes. It is not too far from the main attractions. Room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was good but definitely you can see better options in other Ibis budget hotels. Breakfast cost is high compare to the food they serve. I can recommend this place to stay in Tbilisi."

"Nice place, rooftop is good too. They let me check in early which was nice. The bathroom vanity was damaged and they check the room for mini bar use which is annoying if you're in a hurry. Plus it leaves no room for anything you want to refrigerate. But aside from that. Nice place in a good location."
