"Very comfortable and modern rooms, at international standards. Beautiful view over Cusco, near Santa Ana Plaza. Be aware of the significant uphill walk from historic area, however it's very easy and inexpensive to get taxi or rideshare if tired. Front desk staff were not welcoming and did not explain anything about the hotel. Room service food was delicious and those staff were very kind. The room was kept in great condition by Lenin - much appreciated."
