"An iconic stay. The rooms were better than expected for an older generational establishment. No AC in the summer is a bit rough, but never a deal breaker. No wifi was a blessing in disguise. Can't beat the view or the location for seeing the rest of the park. My one wish was that there was something left in the room at the beginning that explained where and at what times you could get prepared food. As a first timer, it was extra work to figure out where to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you weren't going to dine in the main dining room. One more wishlist item: mini fridge in the rooms would be very helpful for a family/couple on a budget."
"The room was very rustic in the best way possible, lots of wood furniture, etc. The beds were comfy and the man at the front desk was great. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area."
"Room was not fussy but quite adequate and very clean. Gentleman was very personable at check in. The restaurant was not open for breakfast but there was coffee available, along with muffins, fruit and juice. "
"The room is clean with kitchen, but this costs us more than $300.00. NO view at the creek at the back. Near to the gasoline station and groceries. No gym, no breakfast. We have a good sleep, everything goes well on our stay."
"We stayed for 2 nights. The location is perfect for re-entry into Yellowstone! The staff was accommodating with any requests we had. For a place that’s kinda off grid, but has the necessities, it was good."
