"The lodge is very primitive. The standard queen is very small. The toilet & shower are right next to the bed and the sink is across the room. There is a water pot but no coffee pot. No tv, wifi didnt work so streaming wasnt possible. No microwave or fridge. The dining hall is a fair walk from the rooms. We had four groups traveling together and we were placed in separate buildings. Cellphones were spotty so we had difficulty communicating. Hotel phones didnt work well either. There was chaos the day we checked in and we didnt get a room until 8 pm. When I attempted to get a compensation, they offered a very minimal %, and when I checked out they had charged me everynight though I paid in full thru expedia. Staff was inexperienced. I wouldnt stay at this location."

"Even though there was no frig, microwave or TV, your so close to Yellowstone gate. They have a wonderful restaurant and bar. Wifi only in lodge. We stayed 3 nights and staff was very helpful and curtious. I would highly recommend."

"The smell in the hotel was awful. Made my eyes water, I will make it a point to let people know not to stay here. The roof had a small leak in the corner of our room. Caused the chair in the room to get a little damp on the corner. It was a bit run down."
