"We were there in May, 2024. The rooms are a bit old but they're good & have all the basics. They provided a mattress topper on the day we arrived when the bed was too hard. They provided us mosquito spray as the mosquitos are pretty bad given the time of year. They also provided free scooter parking for the scooter we hired. Would definitely return if staying in Khao Lak again. "

"Lovely theming! The grounds need a rethink - replace worn grass in high foot traffic areas with paving so that guests don’t end up with dirty feet, dirty sun lounges and dirty pool towels. Have a pool side towel service. Provide more sun lounges. The breakfast area was crowded and busy and breakfast was average. The restaurants however were good. Pizza at Sunnee Terrace was amazing. Not enough water provided for our room for 3 people for 24 hours so we always had to buy more. Gym and pool...

The large private villa across from The Kitchen is the one to book rather than the oceanfront villas, although the shower and spa tub could use some maintenance. Quiet and relaxing, with a good sized stretch of beach to walk along and swim from. The entire staff go out of their way to meet all your needs and wants; they are attentive and friendly. "Stayed here october 23, excellent location at end of beach so not too many people walking by, one restaurant with good standard of food, excellent service by all staff, rooms well cleaned everyday, gardens and pool areas well maintained, nice pool, quiet resort at this time of year, helpful reception team. "What a stunning quiet environment that gave us lots of options for quiet time snd active times. Great for family. Loved that we were able to also see locals fishing and be close enough to visit local food shopping markets. Bus service to Khao lak was helpful.beautiful, friendly and kind staff"
