"Not many staff running around , they seem to be cutting cost. The restaurent had only two staffs managing the whole business and they seem really stressed and could not serve us well . The door didn’t open properly and I had to wait for someone to come help me open it . It needed a push that I never see elsewhere with magnetic rooms keys . "This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Nothing to complain about and only good things to say. When the power went out several times, as it is prone to do occasionally in Kathmandu, the generator kicked in immediately. Heater worked well, for the cool nights. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again."
