Check in was easy, staff was helpful, and the room was clean. The a/c unit cover fell off when we tried to adjust the temperature but it didn’t affect the operation.

Spacious & New Guesthouse in Orem - Provo
I have now stayed at this property twice and have booked again for a third time. It’s quiet, in a convenient location, and gives us everything we need for a comfortable stay when we visit Provo.

Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Lehi
Hot tub wasn’t functioning which is why we picked Hyatt place over the house so that was disappointing

Ramada by Wyndham Provo
The sink was cracked, the lampshades were broken, and there was a chip out of the ceramic tile floor right by the bathroom door. The windows rattled from the wind, and there was not enough insulation to block out the freeway and highway noise nearby.
