"People next door were loud in and out all night smoking weed couldn't sleep puking at 5 am was worst experience ever! When notified staff about incident and issues there was no remorse not a care in the world! Will definitely never stay there or another four seasons again!!!"

"The room and service was great. My only complaint is that is very difficult to unload and unload. Both myself and my 3vyear old grandaughter fell in rocks on sidewalks before we could make it to the room. There was nothing to load luggage on. We had 4 kids so it was multiple trips. "I wanted to love it...I come to LO all the time and had never heard of this place. The listing showed tons of amenities... However the pictures looked way better than the actual property. Now that being said, it was the beginning of the season so maybe they just havent been able to fix everything ..."
