"I love staying here! The rooms with a jacuzzi and fireplace are so cozy and nice! The outdoor hot tub is open year round. Staff is always friendly. Only complaint is I’d love a noon checkout time and I miss the upper restaurant. "

"The Grand feels intimate and comfortable and is well situated in the middle of Hallispel's many restaurants and boutiques. A work in progress, the lobby shows promise for the rest of the hotel soon. The room was basic but very comfortable. It needs better windows and window treatments for sound and light blocking. The 'continental' breakfast should not be dismissed, with fresh quiche, good coffee, and more. Recommended. "

"I feel I got what I paid for. Clean room, lots of parking. Night desk person was very friendly with room service & other 2 workers behind the counter very professional. Little noisy but will stay there again."
