The property is close to the main street shops and all the attraction in lakes entrance. Basically walking distance to everything. There's only few things that I would like this property to improve. 1) The internet wifi connection is really poor and unreliable, most of the time, it doesn't work. 2) There's a limited volume of hot water. Once you reached the limit, you need to wait for next day for it to be available again.

The location is amazing, the apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. Overall it was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our visit.

Highly recommend this accommodation , with spacious rooms, plenty of open space and windows, there are 2 toilets in the room so never a need to wait almost like his and hers lol. Great kitchen , full size fridge and fully equipped laundry, Bed was very comfortable, unfortunately no tv in the bedroom but walk in ensuite and the deep 2 person spa was a treat to relax in.

The property was excellent. Right across the road from the beachside carnival and easy walk to all amenities. Plenty of room and well looked after. We really enjoyed it. Could do with Wifi but apart from that excellent and will go back

The Able Tasman Penthouse was spacious with great views and close to town. The double garage was fantastic for storing the bikes and JetSki. The price was very reasonable and it had every imaginable facility. It was really clean and so comfortable.

Nice location to centre of town and footbridge to the beach, open airy 2 floors and a small elevator great for getting bags etc upstairs. Garage was unabke to be used as there was no remote control.

The view is great, we travelled as a family with teen kids and plenty of space in the dining and living area. Comfortable beds and the huge bathrooms. Overall very clean, would book the place again.

The property was close to be able to walk to a lot of things. It was spacious and plenty big enough for our family of 5. Staying in winter I felt that the heaters struggled to warm the place well, and probably only because it’s just such a big open area.

We had a minor issue with recent replacement of air con. We sent message and within an hour they were onsite to fix it Possibly the best accommodation in Lakes Entrance

Very large, clean two storey apartment, the only problem we encountered was we couldn’t find it very easily, it was dark & raining and we drove past twice as the signage was very hard to see. Other than that would highly recommend

The Abel Tasman Penthouse itself was very good , spacious and very presentable. The bedroom needed a fan or air con would make it more comfortable at night. The exterior balconies were dirty with broken weathered outdoor furniture. The stairwell was dirty with cobwebs and dead flies and insects through out.

We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect. Absolutely immaculately clean, 5 stars right there. Aircon was on so it was cool on arrival, 2 showers, 2 toilets, kitchen with all the mod cons, balcony and a spa bath. Centrally located right across the road from the carnival. Perfect. Would fully recommend.
