"It was three days of asking for a ground floor room for my disabled wife. Each day I was told I'd have to call the morning of our reservation day, with the man on the phone say bitterly "Everyone wants a ground floor room." When we got there 20 minutes to 3PM what sounded like the man on the phone, now at the desk said "No problem, I'll just charge you a little bit for early check-in." I said I'll wait. 20 minutes? On check in there was a different very nice man who gave us the last ground floor room and promised our next visit we will be given a ground floor unit. So that was nice."

"The hotel policy is to not clean your room until after the 3rd night of your stay unless you specifically request it. I requested a cleaning two days in a row two separate times. Nothing happened. On the 4th day I went to the front desk and told them that my room had not been touched in 4 days! They did clean the room that day but when we entered the room that evening the cleaning staff had cranked the air conditioning down to 60 degrees and it was freezing in the room."
