"It's getting worse each time. The staff is never at the front desk and we waste so much time waiting to be checked in/checked out. At the very least they need to add a secure key drop box and a bell to call attention. I appreciate the dog-friendliness/ policies and the rooms have everything we need. If the staff was more present it would be a higher rating. "

"We needed a quick stopover before boarding a flight to Toronto after a cruise. The rate here was the most reasonable we could find up in the area, and we were extremely happy with the hotel and services.

We arrived and the only room that matched our booking was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, she did offer us something else, and then gave us instructions on how to get there. The parking was $35 which wasn't listed. The power went out for 3.5 hours overnight."

"This hotel wasn’t too bad. It was clean inside and during our stay it was cleaned very well each day so kudos to whoever does the housekeeping there.
